適應症：對無法經由飲食控制與運動達到良好控制的第二型糖尿病患者，有助於改善餐後血糖。
Usual dose:
10mg tid just before meals. The dose should be increased/decreased according to symptoms.
Contraindication: ketoacidosis.
Adverse effect: Hypoglycemic symptoms, abdominal distension, constipation, diarrhea, headache, laboratory abnormalities, MI, hepatic dysfunction.
