適應症：用於治療慢性C型肝炎。
Usual dose:
Chronic hepatitis C, monotherapy: SC 1 mcg/kg/wk for up to 1 yr.
Chronic hepatitis C, combination therapy: SC
≦65 kg: 1.5 mcg/kg/wk for up to 1 yr with ribavirin 400 mg bid.
66-85 kg: 1.5 mcg/kg/wk for up to 1 yr with ribavirin 400 mg in the morning and 600 mg in the evening.
86-105 kg: 1.5 mcg/kg/wk for up to 1 yr with ribavirin 600 mg bid.
> 105 kg: 1.5 mcg/kg/wk for up to 1 yr with ribavirin 600 mg in the morning and 800 mg in the evening.
Dose adjustment:
Renal impairment: CrCl 30-50 ml/min- reduce dose by 25%; CrCl 10-29 ml/min or on hemodialysis- reduce dose by 50%.
Adverse effect:
Common: injection site reaction, disorder of eye region, pharyngitis, influenza-like illness.
Serious: colitis, pancreatitis, autoimmune thrombocytopenia, myelosuppression.
