Ophthalmic Preparations : Glaucoma
EISOP2 “Isopto Carpine oph. sol’n” 2%; 15 ml/bot
適應症：縮瞳劑用於控制慢性青光眼之眼壓。
Usual dose:
1-2 drops to the conjunctiva in affected eye(s) up to qid.
Contraindication:
Acute iritis or glaucoma after cataract extraction, narrow-angle (angle-closure) glaucoma.
Precaution:
Controlled asthma, chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease requiring pharmacotherapy, night driving and other hazardous occupations in poor illumination.
Adverse effect:
Blurred vision, burning sensation in eye, itching of eye, scotopic vision.
