Each ml contains latanoprostt 50 mcg, timolol maleate 6.83 mg; 2.5 ml/bot
適應症：開放性青光眼及高眼壓症，且對局部β－BLOCKER治療無效時。
Usual dose: Ophthalmic route
Glaucoma: One drop of a fixed combination of latanoprost 0.005% and timolol 0.5% has been administered once daily in the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma or capsular glaucoma.
Contraindication:
Bronchial asthma or chronic obstructive asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (exacerbation; timolol component).
Overt heart failure, severe sinus bradycardia, cardiogenic shock, or second- or third-degree AV block (exacerbation; timolol component).
健保使用規範：
14.1.高眼壓及青光眼眼用製劑(101/12/1、102/8/1、104/4/1)
14.1.2.複方製劑：(92/2/1、101/12/1、104/4/1)
1.限經單一降眼壓藥物治療後，眼壓仍控制不良之患者第二線(含)以上用藥。(91/12/1、97/8/1、97/9/1、101/12/1)
2.單眼每四週處方為一瓶，雙眼得每二週或三週處方一瓶。(101/12/1、102/8/1、104/4/1)
