Gastrointestinal Agents : Agents Used in Peptic Ulcer Disease : Proton Pump Inhibitor
OPARI1 “Pariet FC tablet” 20 mg/tab
適應症：胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍、合併抗生素治療與幽門螺旋桿菌（Helicobacter Pylori）相關的消化性潰瘍、胃食道逆流疾病之治療。
Usual dose:
Duodenal ulcer:
Adult: 20 mg qd for up to 4 wks.
Duodenal ulcer disease, triple therapy- Helicobacter pylori gastrointestinal tract infection:
Adult: 20 mg PO bid in combination with amoxicillin 1 g and clarithromycin 500 mg bid for 10-14 days.
Gastroesophageal reflux disease treatment:
Adult: 20 mg qd for 4-8 wks; maintenance, 20 mg qd.
Pediatric: 20 mg qd for up to 8 wks.
Hypersecretory conditions:
Adult: initial, 60 mg qd; max. 60 mg bid.
Adverse effect:
Common: headache.
Serious: Stevens-Johnson syndrome, hip fracture, rhabdomyolysis.
