適應症：高血壓、良性攝護腺肥大症。
Usual dose:
Benign prostatic hyperplasia: PO, initial, 1 mg hs; maintenance, 1-10 mg qd, max. 20 mg/day.
Hypertension: PO, initial, 1 mg hs; maintenance, 1-5 mg qd or bid, max. 20-40 mg/day.
Adverse effect:
Common: edema, hypotension, lightheadedness, palpitations, syncope, tachyarrhythmia, nausea, asthenia, dizziness, headache, somnolence, amblyopia, blurred vision, impotence, dyspnea, nasal congestion, rhinitis, sinusitis, fatigue
Serious: disease of hematopoietic system, priapism.
