OUROS3 “Uroso tablet” 100 mg/tab.
適應症：膽固醇系膽結石之溶解、原發性膽道肝硬化（primary biliary cirrhosis, PBC）之肝功能改善。
Usual dose:
Gallstone, during rapid weight loss; prophylaxis: 300 mg orally twice daily.
Chemodissolution of bile duct stone: 8 to 10 mg/kg/day orally divided into 2 to 3 doses.
Primary biliary cirrhosis: 13 to 15 mg/kg/day orally in 2 to 4 divided doses with food.
Dose adjustment: reduce dose to elderly.
Precaution:
Not to be used with calcified cholesterol stones, radiopaque stones, or radiolucent bile pigment stones; patients with unremitting acute cholecystitis, cholangitis, biliary obstruction, gallstone pancreatitis, or biliary-gastrointestinal fistula; allergy to bile acids.
Adverse effect:
Common: rash, constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, upper respiratory infection, backache.
Serious: hypersensitivity reaction.
