OIMOV1 “Imovane tablet” 7.5 mg/tab
適應症：失眠症。
Usual dose:
Insomnia: 7.5 mg hs.
Dose adjustment:
Geriatric (moderate-to-severe hepatic dysfunction): dosage adjustments is necessary.
Contraindication:
Hypersensitivity to zopiclone
Precaution:
Severe liver disease (potential need for dose adjustments)
, elderly patients with moderate-to-severe liver disease, history of drug abuse or addiction, psychiatric disorders
Adverse effect:
Common: dryness of the mouth and a bitter taste, residual sedation/psychomotor impairment, rebound insomnia, physical dependence; psychiatric reactions, including hallucinations, have also been described.
