Sinus rhythm

Prolonged PR interval

Left anterior fascicular block

Borderline T abnormalities, lateral leads

CXR:

Mild increased lung markings in both lungs

Tortuosity of aorta, and calcification of aorta

Cardiomegaly

DJD change of T spine

KUB:

Surgical clips noted at upper abdomen

Gaseous distention of bowel, ileus cannot be ruled out, suggest correlate with clinical conditions

Fecal material retention in colon suspected

DJD change of L spine
