Cardiovascular – Renal Drugs : Antihypertensive : Sympathetic Depressants
OSECT1 “Sectral FC tablet” 400 mg/tab
適應症：高血壓、狹心症、心律不整（心室性心律不整、上心室性心律不整）。
Usual dose:
Angina: 600-1600 mg (divided bid-tid).
Ventricular arrhythmia: initial, 400 mg (divided bid); maintenance, 600-1200 mg (divided bid-tid).
Hypertension: initial, 400 mg daily; maintenance, 400-800 mg (may be divided bid); max. 1200 mg/day (divided bid).
Dose adjustment:
Renal impairment: CrCl < 50 ml/min – reduce dose by 50% ,CrCl < 25 ml/min – reduce dose by 75%.
Geriatric: lower maintenance doses; avoid > 800 mg/day.
Contraindication:
Bradycardia (persistently severe), cardiac failure (overt), cardiogenic shock, heart block (second and third degree).
Adverse effect:
Common: bradycardia, chest pain, edema, flushing heart failure, hypotension, depression, dizziness, fatigue, headache, insomnia, vertigo, vivid dreams/nightmares constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dysuria, impotence, nocturia, urinary frequency, cough, dyspnea, pharyngitis, rhinitis, wheezing, myalgia, rash.
Serious: hepatotoxicity, systemic lupus erythematosus.
