ICEBI2 “Cebid powder for injection” 1 gm/vial
適應症：適用於治療感受性細菌所引起的下列感染：上下呼吸道感染、上下泌尿道感染、腹膜炎、膽囊炎、膽管炎及其他腹腔內感染、敗血病、腦膜炎皮膚及軟組織感染、骨關節感染、骨盆發炎、子宮內膜炎、淋病及其他生殖道感染。
Usual dose: IM/IV
Adult: 1-2 g q12h; severe or less susceptible, 6-12 g/day divided q6-12h; max. 16 g/day.
Pediatric
(infants and children): 100-150 mg/kg/day divided q8-12h, max. 12 g/day.
(neonates): 50 mg/kg q12h.
Dose adjustment:
Renal and hepatic failure: < 1-2 g/day unless serum concentrations can be monitored; hepatic disease or biliary obstruction, < 4 g/day unless serum concentrations can be monitored.
Adverse effect:
Common: injection site reaction, phlebitis or pain, diarrhea.
Serious: vitamin k deficiency, drug interaction with alcohol, disulfiram-like reaction.
