Hormones and Agents Affecting Hormonal Mechanism: Estrogens, Progestins, Contraceptives and Related Agents
ODIVI1 “Divina tablet”
Each tablet contains estradiol valerate 2 mg, medroxyprogesterone acetate 10 mg.
OINDI1 “Indivina tablet”
Each tablet contains estradiol valerate 1 mg, medroxyprogesterone acetate 2.5 mg.
適應症：
ODIVI1：動情激素缺乏、更年期諸症、骨鬆症、無月經症、月經過少、卵巢切除手術後之治療。
OINDI1：停經婦女雌激素不足所引起之諸症狀。
Usual dose: PO, 1 tab daily in a 21-day cycle, followed by a 7-day free interval.
Prempro: 1 tablet orally once daily; limit to the lowest possible dose for the shortest duration and reevaluate periodically to determine if treatment is still necessary.
Premphase: one tablet containing conjugated estrogens 0.625 mg orally on days 1 through 14 followed by 1 tablet containing conjugated estrogens 0.625 mg/medroxyprogesterone acetate 5 mg orally on days 15 through 28; limit to the lowest possible dose for the shortest duration and reevaluate periodically to determine if treatment is still necessary.
Contraindication: See Estrogen Conjugated.
