OEPBU1 “Epbutol tablet” 400 mg/tab
OETHA1 “Ethambutol tablet” 400 mg/tab
適應症：結核病。
Usual dose:
Adult: initial, 15 mg/kg qd; retreatment, 25 mg/kg qd for 60 days then 15 mg/kg qd.
Pediatric (> 13 yrs): initial, 15 mg/kg qd; retreatment, 25 mg/kg qd for 60 days then 15 mg/kg qd.
Contraindication:
P’ts with known optic neuritis, unless clinical judgment determines that it may be used; p’ts unable to appreciate and report visual side effects or changes in vision.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: CrCl 10-50 ml/min, q24-36h; CrCl < 10 ml/min, q48h.
Adverse effect:
Common: hyperuricemia, nausea and vomiting, mania.
Serious: neutropenia, thrombocytopenic disorder, anaphylactoid reaction, peripheral neuropathy, blindness and/or vision impairment level, optic neuritis.
