OKIVE1 “Kivexa FC tablet”
Each tablet contains abacavir sulfate 600 mg, lamivudine 300 mg
適應症：用於治療成人及大於十二歲青少年的抗反轉錄病毒合併療法，以治療人類免疫不全病毒(HIV)之感染。
Usual dose:
HIV infection: 1 tab PO qd.
Dose adjustment:
Renal impairment: CrCl < 50 ml/min, not recommended.
Contradiction: hepatic impairment.
Adverse effect:
Common: abdominal pain, diarrhea, gastritis, headache, fatigue
Serious: lactic acidosis, hepatomegaly (severe, with steatosis), immune hypersensitivity reaction (2.3-9%, abacavir).
