IMECO1 “Mecobal injection” 0.5 mg/ml, 1 ml/amp
OMETH2 “Methylcobal R capsule” 500 mcg/cap
適應症：
IMECO1：維他命B12缺乏所引起之巨紅血球性貧血及末梢神經障礙。
OMETH2：末梢性神經障礙。
Usual dose:
Adult: IV/IM 500 mcg tiw; PO, 500 mcg tid.
Adverse effect:
Loss of appetite, nausea, diarrhea or other symptoms of GI upsets may infrequently appear.
健保使用規範：1. 糖尿病併發周邊神經病變並具有臨床神經學病徵 (須於處方上敘明)。2. 經神經科專科醫師診斷或經神經傳導(NCV) 檢查證實之慢性多發性神經病變(chronic polyneuropathy)。（100/8/1）
